Description
The module bases on three-dimensional warehouse (elevated warehouse) used in the actual industrial production as the model, and is designed with reduction and simplification.
The module is a set of product which has practical operation function and experimental functions, can use various common items as accessing objects of the “warehouse”, and is controlled by PLC for sorting, outbound, inbound and other works.
Functional Features
1. The mechanical transmission of the horizontal and vertical axis of the module uses high-precision stepper motor drive, equipped with advanced mechanical design, precise machining and assembly, making the precise position control of the material very smooth, and delivering the material into designated storage areas;
2. The module uses advance stepper motor as the power source of the horizontal and vertical axis, enabling the subdivision up to approx.0.45 degrees, and approx. 800 steps per circle.
3. Each PLC I/O points and relays, motor drives, and electrical connection lines is open on the mesh plate, allow students to conduct on-site wiring operations training, training the students hands-on wiring capacity;
4. The module structure builds up with aluminum steel manipulator bench, the vertical axis and the horizontal axis using anodized aluminum, while the sides and the bottom bench using appx. 1mm thickness painted steel, separate between stand and ground using self-locking function wheel, the entire bench is not only durable and easy to move.
