The system is composed by training table, robot, linear motion transmission device and electricalcontrol.

1.  Robot

The motion mechanical part includes pedestal horizontal movement, pedestal rotation, up and down swing of big arm, up and down swing of small arm, paw rotation is used for positioning control, the tightening and release of paw uses pneumatic finger, gear transmission, degree freedom control, with advantages of torque maintenance, and speed adjustable.

2.  Linear motion transmission device

Robot is installed on linear motion device, conduct the positioning control and horizontal movement driven by servo motor, which enable robot to grab within diameter 60mm arbitrarily. There are 4 working stations on the table, trainees can adjust the position point during teaching as per assessment requirement.

3.  Electrical control

Electrical control part includes electric-leakage protection switch, DC motor, step motor, stepmotor drive, turbine worm, servo motor, servo drive, sensor, switch voltage, button case (button, switch and indicator light) and PLC. According to the signal collected from sensor, control YL-334 five freedom degree robot to conduct positioning control through PLC programming, realizing the material grab, movement, and discharging control on working bench.
