Yalong YL-316 Three-dimensional 3 axis Operation Control Trainer is composed by bottom board, servo motor and servo amplifier, high-precision screw transmission mechanism, pallets, limit sensor components, aluminum rail bracket and the PLC control system and so on. It is an integrated teaching device which combines PLC, AC servo motor speed regulator, sensor application, position control, complex digital control, and temporal logic control.
The three-dimensional 3 axis processing equipment: 3 axis mechanisms are driven by three AC servo motors respectively. They compose X, Y, Z 3 axis positioning device by controlling the three high-precision ball screw and ball-type double slider planar linear guide using the coupling. The X axis and the Y axis are perpendicular to each other in the horizontal direction, so that the whole mechanism not only has high-precision positioning capabilities, but also has planar complex trajectory running functions, which can complete a variety of high-precision, high-difficulty planar processing drive.
