Description
YL-335B Automated Production Line comprises of 5 units installed on aluminum alloy rail training platform namely a feeding unit, a processing unit, an assembly unit, a conveying unit and a sorting unit. At every station, a PLC is installed to perform the function of control. Interconnection between PLC is made through RS485 serial communications, which forms a distribution-type control system.
Conveying unit
The unit by grabbing manipulator device driven by linear motion actuator materials to the designated units on the accurate positioning, and on the stage to grab the workpiece in the material, to crawl to the workpiece to the designated place and then put down, to realize the function of the workpiece.
