Description

As a typical automation products, YL-LTC adopts the up-down and translation cubic car-base park structure. The system has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient control, convenient maintenance and high reliability, which is one of the main ways to solve the parking problem. According to the mechanical structure of the parking lot, PLC is selected as the main controller of the parking access subsystem to control the motor. The system includes motor drive, PLC, sensors, touch screen and other technologies in automation. YL-LTC provides a typical comprehensive training environment for students’ learning and training.

 

Functional Features

1.  It is composed of control cabinet, training table (aluminum alloy structure), three layer 10 parking space, two-dimension (X, Y) motion machinery and electrical control. the main body is divided into three layers, which can park 10 cars, among whom the top layer has four parking space, every parking space is equipped with elevating motor to control the elevating of hull; the middle floor has 3 parking space, 1 parking channel is reserved for automobile elevating use for upper floor, the rest parking space is equipped with elevating and left & right moving motor to control the elevating and left & right movement of hull; the ground floor has 3 parking space,1 parking channel is reserved for automobile elevating use for upper floor and middle flooe, the rest parking space is equipped with left & right moving motor to control the left & right movement of hull.

2.  Electrical control part is composed of PLC, DC gear motor, switching power supply, photoelectric sensor, stroke limit switch, control switch, etc.

3.  Three-dimensional warehouse is set with touch screen which can dynamically display the parking space status information, convenient to operate and control;
