YL-235D Smart Factory Mechatronics Training System is composed by circular feeding unit installed on the aluminum alloy rail training platform, manipulator transport unit, conveyor belt delivery and sorting unit, the stepper motor multi-point positioning transport unit, and adjustable DC motor transport unit and other components. The electrical layout is of the dual-drawer type, and the overall structure is open and removable.

The YL-235D Smart Factory Mechatronics Training Systemt is used for the assembly of mechanical components according to the mechanical parts of existing training equipment to assemble production training equipment, or can be added mechanical components to assemble other production training equipment, so that the whole device can be flexibly assembled into an electromechanical integration device with the simulated production function according to teaching and competition requirements. This device involves programmable controller technology, network technology, frequency (AC) speed regulation technology, application technology of stepper motor, DC speed regulation technology, touch screen technology, pneumatic technology, sensor technology, and they are organically integrated together to form the comprehensive training platform of automation technology.
