Description

YL-235E simulates production process of the actual assembly line, reducing the distance between teaching instrument equipment and modern industrial equipment, and enhancing the graduates’adaptability of induction technology. The whole of equipment integrates mechanical commissioning, modern automatic control, and sensor application technology, electrical control technology, with high machinery precision and reasonable overall layout, which provides students and teachers a training platform with strong practical technical operation.

The device I s a mechanical platform with transport unit installed on the aluminum rail, the four feeding units, storage unit and other working unit, forming an electromechanical integration equipment; the electrical parts include programmable controllers, pneumatic system and detection systems composed by a variety of detection sensors; the whole driving implementation part is driven and controlled by the pneumatic drive, taking use of accuracy and easy-to-control characteristics of straight line for precise positioning.
