The PLC training system (network edition and 485 network) uses training station with aluminum wooden structure. The module uses standardized structure, and is interchangeable. The PLC training system (network edition and 485 network) is added with additional network function (485 network) based on the configurations of Yalong YL-360A series programmable logic controller training equipment. The network is PLC network control scheme based on RS485 serial communication. Each PLC achieves interconnected distributed control through RS485 serial communication. Users can choose different PLC by different manufacturers and its supported RS485 communication mode according to their needs to compose a small PLC network. The small PLC network is still widely used in small automatic production lines due to its features of simple structure and low price, and still accounts for a considerable share in modern industrial network communications. In addition, mastering RS485 serial communication based PLC network technology will lay a good foundation for further study of the field bus technology and industrial Ethernet technology etc.
