Description
YL-301E is a modular combination system, composed by 9 stations which form a typical mechanical platform of automatic production line. Mechanism of the system uses technologies such as pneumatic drive, brushless drive and step motor position control, etc. At every station, a PLC is installed to perform the function of control. Interconnection between PLC is made through PROFIBUS-DP communications, which forms a distribution-type control system.
The system comprehensively applies various technologies such as pneumatic control technology, mechanical technology (mechanical drive, mechanical connection, etc.), sensor application technology, PLC control and networking, step motor position control, etc. it is able to simulate a control process which is close to real production condition, which enable learners get a teaching equipment environment which is close to reality, so as to reduce the distance between theoretical teaching and real application.
The equipment uses module combination structure, each working unit is a relative independent module, and uses standard structure and drawer-type module place support, with strong interchangebility. It is able to conduct different combination, installation and commissioning as per training requirement or working task, so as to realize the objective of production function and learning function simulation.
