Equipment Overview

The Medical Disposable Mask Full Automatic Production Line Training Equipment consists of 4 parts: 1 mask-body machine, 1 mask-piece feeding machine and 2 ear-band machines. The electrical layout is in the form of a small control cabinet, which is directly installed on the equipment. This electromechanical separation format is more in line with the actual industrial situation. The appearance is shown in the above picture.

The production line is a full-automatic “1-2” mask machine with 1 mask-body machine drives 2 ear-band machines. The whole equipment is controlled by PLC touch screens. The main conveyor belt of the mask-body machine is powered by single-phase motor for transport. The mask-piece feeding machine is powered by stepping motor for transport. The ear-band machines are powered by servo motor for transport. Accurate transmission, stable control and adjustable speed can be realized.

The mask-body machine of the production line outputs the three layers of non-woven fabric raw materials to the overturning mechanism of the mask-piece feeding machine after the processes of overlapping, curling, flattening after folding, cutting, sewing and the like. The mask tray is turned over by the overturning mechanism and transported to the ear-band machine by the mask-piece feeding mechanism, and then the ear-band machine completes the actions of ear band butt fusion, edge wrapping and the like for the mask, thus completing the production of a mask with ear band.

Functional Characteristics

1.   It adopts aluminum alloy structure, which is beautiful, firm and does not rust.

2.   PLC programming control, high stability, low failure rate, less noise.

3.   It is driven by frequency converter, servo motor and stepping motor with high precision.

4.   Photoelectric detection of raw materials to avoid mistakes and reduce waste.

5.   This equipment can supply 1 to 2 external ear-band machines.

6.   The machine base adopts heavy-duty casters and buffer foot cups to move and fix, which is convenient and fast to move, does not shake and does not damage the floor.

7.   This model is equipped with a new advanced conveyor belt, which can automatically collect products with high accuracy. Only sorting and packaging are required.

The workflow of mask-body machine:

Hanging raw materials manually – curling, sewing the nose clip – narrowing a large piece of non-woven fabrics from left to right along the inclined plane to form a “folding structure” – flattening the mask surface – automatically cutting single mask and sewing edge – conveying to the mask-piece feeding machine.

2.   Mask-piece feeding machine

The basic function of the mask-piece feeding machine is:

To turnover and convey the mask body.

Turn over mask bodies conveyed by the mask-body machine and send them to 2 independent conveyor belts, then deliver mask bodies to 2 ear-band machines.

The mask body conveyed by the mask-piece feeding machine is fixed with the ear band by the hot-pressing method.
