YALONG YL-235D Opto-mechatronics Training System checking device not only covers the basic knowledge, professional knowledge and basic mechanical-electric skill requirement to the specialty of mechanical-electric integration, but also presents the application of current advanced technology in the practical production. It would provide a typical engineering environment that could carry out he integrated practice for students and set up a practice platform where the objective checking to the practical application of knowledge, integrated practice to the technical ability and hands-on ability could be conducted for students to fully develop their potential and creativity.

General

This training device has installed material unit, manipulator conveying unit, sorting unit and synchronous belt transmission unit and ball screw transmission unit to the aluminum alloy rail type training platform to form the mechanical platform with the typical mechanical-electric-integrated device and the closed loop; the electrical part includes programmable logic controller (PLC), pneumatic system, step-by-step control system, rotary encoder feedback system, convertor, touch screen, communication module and various detecting sensor; the drive implementing part includes flat belt drive, synchronous belt drive and ball screw drive; drive part includes pneumatic system, dc-motor driving, step-by-step motor driving, three phase motor driving. Applied with Rs485 serial communication way, the distributed control to the system has come true. In the network, there is one PLC as the master station and another PLC as slave station forming the production line from automatic feeding, transmission, sorting to conveying with closed loop to virtually show the automatic control to the production line system.

  1. Integrate mechanical technology (include pneumatic technology), sensor technology, Ac-motor variable-frequency speed-regulation technology, step-by-step motor driving control, dc-motor driving and speed regulation technology, touch screen technology, PLC control technology, network communication technology, flat belt driving technology, synchronous belt driving technology, ball screw driving technology and rotary encoder technology organically to show the features of the production process in modern manufacturing industry.
  2. The whole structure combines open-type and assembling type together to change the module with convenience. Determine the module content on the basis of the manufacturing function and integrated learning function principle to bring much convenience in choosing needed module during the teaching or competition.
  3. For teaching. It could plan for the teaching activities according to the working orientation in work-study-integrated mode and complete different work task
  4. The I/O terminal of PLC module, block terminal of convertor, connector between various common modules and PLC on this training checking device shall be connected with e secure socket and the circuit would be connected by the wire with safety plug; and the circuit of each command switch, optoelectronic switch, sensor and indicator element shall be connected through terminal strip. The combination of  plug-drawn-wire connected circuit and terminal strip connected circuit could both ensure the exercise, formation and consolidation of students’ basic techniques and guarantee the circuit could be connected in a rapid, saft and reliable way.
