Description
YL-368 Mechatronics Training Kit simulates the actual process of industrial production. According to different stages of production and processing, it is mainly composed by teacher main control station, cutting station, simulated spraying and drying station, stamping station , top sale station, detection station, product and waste sorting station, upgrading station and storage station. To complete the work of the system, it is equipped with linear and rotary transmission unit, circle corner unit, waste transport unit, chain transferring unit and other auxiliary units. The whole system communicates via industrial bus PROFIBUS-DP for data communication, and each station can operate separately or be connected together to work.
The system covers human machine interface, mechanical structure and system installation and commissioning, fault detection and dealing, CNC technology training, computer technology and system engineering involved in the mechanical, electrical, light, gas professionals, not only meeting the training requirements of the mechanics, electronic circuits, communication, and automatic control, but also meeting the training requirements of the PLC, computer, signal detection, and sensor. It is applied in education technology, covering new educational system of modern information network technology.
