Description
The module is composed by aluminum alloy rail training platform, material sorting device,control system etc.
The control part of the module adopts standardize modules, composed of PLC unit, power supply unit, button module. It includes mechanical drive, pneumatic, programmable controllers,sensors, and many other technologies involved in the electromechanical integration.
Functional Features
1. This module uses an aluminum rail training station, module uses a standard structure and drawer rack to place modules and interchangeable.
2. The module has modular type of PLC I/ O terminals, inverter terminals, and connection terminals between PLC and commonly used modules that are all connected through safety socket, and safety plug for circuit wire connection; each command switches, photoelectric switches, sensors and circuit indicating components are connected through terminal block.
