Description
Yalong YL-335C Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Integration Application Innovation Platform consists of storage unit, assembly unit, visual unit, sorting unit and conveying unit which installed on an aluminum alloy rail-type training bench. Comprehensively utilizing industrial automation control, industrial Internet, image recognition, intelligent robot and other technologies, the platform integrates cloud platform data management and MES management system, which can realize real-time monitoring, scheduling and optimization of production sites, and integrates with digital twins to fit the development of the industry and the progress of intelligent manufacturing technology. Simulate the realization of intelligent, digitalization and flexible management of the entire production and manufacturing from customer orders to raw material supply, production and processing, product testing, logistics and warehousing.
Various types of sensors are used on the device to determine the moving position , passing through state, the color and material of an object, etc. Sensor technology is one of the key technologies in mechatronics technology and one of the prerequisites for modern industry to achieve high automation. In terms of control, the YL-335C adopts PLC network control solution with PROFINET communication, and each PLC is interconnected through PROFINET communication to achieve distributed control.
