Device Summary
This industrial sensor and inspection practical training system is a close simulation of industrial site sensor adjustment and commissioning application practical training platform. All the sensors used in this device are industrial sensors, all the signal check point data are generated from industrial process control subjects. Students can practice close simulation of industrial site sensor adjustment and commissioning application practical training, such that students can acclimate to the application environment, and obtain the sensor choice, fault analysis, and troubleshooting abilities.
This industrial sensor and inspection practical training system utilizes modulized structure, all the industrial control subjects and control units are connected to safety sockets with safety power wires. It can work independently, and also work with another controller via special interface module. All industrial control subject utilizes a lot of industrial sensors, including: phase shift sensor, color mark sensor, vision sensor, fiber optical sensor, photoelectric sensor, proximity sensor, temperature sensor, liquid level sensor, pressure sensor, and so on. Which covers the majority of the industrial sensors. In the meanwhile, this device is featured with IOT extension unit, including PM 2.5 and air quality sensor, air and earth humidity sensor, CO2 sensor, and so on.
This industrial sensor and inspection practical training system is also equipped with a highly robust SCM DA control interface module, 8-way photo-electricity isolated DA signal input, 2-way output current: 0-20mA, error < 0.5mA; 2-way output voltage: 0-10V, error ±0.2V, 2-way measuring current: 0-20mA, error < 0.5 mA; 2-way measuring voltage: 0-10V, error ±0.2V. In the meanwhile, the interface module provides matching host computer to our device, which can collect data and transmit to host computer via HMI, and also adjust sensor from the host computer perform simulation commissioning and simulation. It is more convenient for student to test and calibrate. in the meanwhile, the interface module opens to SCM, students can learn deeper SCM practical training via actually requirement.
The industrial sensor and inspection practical training system is equipped with AC power control unit: Three-Phase-Four-Wire 380V AC power supply via air switch. This device has power supply indicator, fuse with indicator, start/stop button control, and leakage warning and warning reset, as well as emergency stop button. Provided with one of each: Three-Phase-Four-Wire 380V, Single-Phase 220V (safety socket) power supply, 2 sets of Three-Phase 200V AC power socket, controlled by start/stop button, and fuse protection. DC power, DC voltage/current meter, logic level output and indicator: DC power voltage: 0~±10V adjustable; DC current: 4~20mA adjustable; DC digital voltage/current meter: 0~30V, 0.5 accuracy, and 0~30mA, 0.5 accuracy, which also display logic level output (jog, and color coded switch in yellow, green, and red), logic level indicator (yellow, green, and red), LED, selection switch, buzzer, DC 24V relay, and DC power output: 24V/6A, and 12V/2A one set of each (With fuse).

This Industrial Sensor and Inspection Practical Training System utilizes Square steel welded frame practical training platform, with standardized structure, tool storage portable drawer, and interchangeable modules storage box.
The practical training training platform has 3 parts: frame, control touch screen (including power control touch screen), practical training desk, and drawer. This practical Training frame is composed of welded square steel, the power supply box is made of 1.2mm steel plate. Practical Training screen adopts equipotential module plate, in order to control multiple subjects and for high interchangeability of practical training for different level of study, and meet the requirement.
