YL-335B-1 Flexible Manufacturing Training System is designed with characteristics of modern mechatronics and the requirements of the World Skills Competition.

YL-335B-1 Flexible Manufacturing Training System is very flexible, with more than 10 combination modes. There are designed 3 modes for reference.

 

Mode 1.

Mode 1 is that the transport station conveys the supplied workpieces, and the workpieces are conveyed to the visual inspection unit. After the visual inspection is completed, the system sends a finished product or waste signal to the system. The industrial robot directly conveys the waste to the sorting station and pushes it into the waste slot. The finished product (qualified product) is transported to the assembly station for assembly, and after the assembly is completed, the workpiece is transported to the sorting station for judgment and sorting.

Mode 2.

Mode 2 is that the robot transports the supplied workpieces and transports the workpieces to the visual inspection unit. After the visual inspection is completed, the system sends a finished product or waste signal to the system. The transport station directly transports the waste to the sorting station and pushes it into the waste slot. The finished product (qualified product) is transported to the assembly unit for assembly, and after the assembly is completed, the workpiece is transported to the sorting unit for judgment and sorting.

Mode 3.

Mode 3 is to transport the workpiece which provided by the feeding station to the assembly unit for assembly, and then the industrial robot will transport the assembled workpiece to the visual inspection and analysis station for inspection. After the inspection is completed, the industrial robot will transport it to the sorting station. With different results, the sorting station sorts different workpieces.
