Its device part is mainly composed of training platform, material supply module, processing module, pneumatic manipulator module, servo drive module, material conveying and sorting module, power supply module, HMI module, PLC, inverter module, integrated interface module, etc. The overall structure adopts open and disassembly type. The training device is used for the assembly of mechanical parts. The production equipment can be assembled according to the existing mechanical parts, or other training equipment can be assembled by adding mechanical parts, so that the whole digital twins technology application platform can be flexibly assembled according to teaching or The competition requires the assembly of mechatronics equipment with different functions.
The digital part mainly includes the synchronous construction of virtual training devices consistent with the real environment in the virtual environment. The entire set of virtual devices is not only a mechanical model running virtual, but also includes virtual HMI, controller PLC, sensors and actuators and other virtual control units to build a completed digital device. The equipment in the real environment and the equipment in the virtual environment do not run the simulation independently, and can simultaneously realize the two-way control verification training of hard-in-the-loop and soft-in-the-loop to achieve a true digital twin.
