Description
The equipment uses mesh plate structure, and there are power supply unit, PLC, touch screen, interface module, power unit, and training control object. Using industry commonly used field bus PROFIBUS DP communication mode to conduct data exchange.
The system uses typical application technology, in modern industry automation area, suchas PLC application technology, touch screen application technology, industrial network communication technology;
List of Experiments
There are two kinds of training: basic training and project training;
Basic training includes PLC and touch screen basic operation and programming, data exchange communication training between stations.
Project training takes the trolley as control object, composing the system network with PROFIBUS-DP communication mode. Control the trolley motion, start, stop and reset of G001 circular material grabing with touch screen, and it can also display the working states of trolley.
- Basic training:
1. Simens S7-300 PLC programming;
2. Simens S7-300 hardware configuration training;

4. Communication between Simens touch screen (HMI)and S7-300 MPI;

8. Communication between Siemens S7-300 and Turck BL20, FESTO valve terminal PROFIBUS-DP;
9. Communication between Siemens S7-300 and Turck BL20, FESTOvalve terminal, touch screen PROFIBUS-DP;
