Description
Yalong YL-338C motion control system Trainer (NI CRIO control system) is mainly composed of a transmission processing unit, a follow-up assembly unit, a CompactRIO control unit, and a distribution box unit installed on an aluminum alloy rail-type training platform, forming a typical Multifunctional automatic control training platform. Each mechanism of the system adopts technologies such as pneumatic control, frequency converter, and servo motor position control. The control method of the system adopts NI’s CompactRIO control platform (cRIO for short), combined with its acquisition module, and uses Labview host computer programming to realize control.
Features
The whole set of equipment is mainly composed of training platform, power distribution box, transmission and processing unit, servo following system unit, electrical control system unit, sorting unit, etc.
1. Training platform
The size of the training platform is: length × width × height = (1350 × 880 × 855) mm. The desktop of the training platform is composed of 11 (80×20) mm aluminum alloys with a length of 1350 mm. There are 22 T-slots on the training table for fixing the training carrier. The external size design of the training platform conforms to the design of most of the current laboratory doors, which is convenient for the movement of the school’s multiple training equipment.
2. Power distribution box
The distribution box is mainly used for centralized distribution and control of the power supply of the entire training platform. It mainly has the functions of leakage protection, power failure protection, and independent control of each unit. It is mainly composed of 1 single-phase leakage switch, 8 single-phase air switches, 1 AC contactor, buttons, etc., input power AC 220V, single-phase three-wire system.
3.Electrical control system
The composition of the electrical unit control system is shown in the figure below.

The main controller adopts NI’s cRIO-9065 module, combined with cRIO-9474, cRIO-9476, cRIO-9423, and cRIO-9425 acquisition cards to form a complete control platform with input and output functions. The cRIO-9065 is programmed and controlled by the Labview host computer to collect sensor information and control each output module.
