Description
YL-SJ is high-end inspection training equipment which developed based on industrial automation. The equipment uses the programmable controller as auxiliary control, and conveyor belt is driven by the motor for processing different results of the detected objects. It can give full play to the abilities of students, and provides a comprehensive platform for students to learn and practice.
It is composed of visual sensor system, PLC, DC gear motor, photoelectric sensor, power unit and sorting mechanical mechanism. Trainees are able to acknowledge and master the application of PLC, photoelectric sensor, and principle of belt drive transportation. It simulates the transportation, detection and sorting of industrial field production line.
Functional Features
1. The device is visual comprehensive training platform, including visual inspection and processing unit, visual system adjustment mechanism, transportation unit mechanism,detected object, image processing module, detected object processing system, power system,CPU control system;
2. The device uses Omron FZ3 series visual inspection sensor;
3. Camera installation mechanism is with adjustable function, which is able to adjust the installation height according to the different detected object, so as to reach the best effect;
