Description
Install working stations such as blanking simulation, simulated processing, simulated assembly, simulated conveying, simulated sorting, forming a typical mechanical platform. It includes PLC,pneumatic system, step control system, rotary encoder feedback system, frequency converter, touch screen, analog quantity module (with detection sensor), communication module, realizing the distributed-type control with RS485 serial communication. There is one PLC as the master station, the other PLCs as the slave station, so as to form the automatic machining, assembly production line, presenting the machining process of automatic production line.

I/O terminal of PLC module, wiring terminal of frequency converter, terminal block of common modules and PLC, are all connected to security socket, and conduct circuit connection through wire with safety plug; instruction switch, photoelectric switch, sensors and circuit of indication components, are connected through terminal. Quick release wire connecting circuits combine with terminal block connecting circuit, which ensures the training of basic skills, and fast, safety and reliability of circuit connection.
