Yalong YL-337A PLC Training System adopts open and dismounting modular architecture, which is composed by multi-function workstation, double- holding water tank and control system. The system contains a number of technologies of the mechanical and electronic engineering learning such as mechanical and electrical control technology, pneumatic control technology, process control technology, PLC control technology, automatic detection technology, speed control technology, network communication technology, man-machine interface and so on. It can be used for professional skills training and testing of PLC control system designer (4/3 level)
Function
According to the requirements of PLC control system designer’ professional skills, the training device has the following functions:
a) System designing
Ø Design Control scheme
Ø The design of single machine control system which composed of digital quantity and analog quantity
Ø Design man-machine interface, device layer bus and single-loop closed-loop control system
Ø The design of communication network system
Ø The design of variable frequency speed control system
Ø Drawing the control principle diagram according to control requirements
b) Hardware configuration
Ø Select the PLC model according to input / output points, capacity and scanning speed
Ø Select analog input / output unit and set up the hardware according to the technical indicator
Ø Select the PLC power supply and external supply according to the configuration of the system
Ø Select the man-machine interface equipment and debug hardware according to control requirements
Ø Select device layer bus unit and set up hardware according to the communication requirements and technical indicators
Ø Install and debug system on the spot according to the requirements of drawings
c) Program designing
Ø Design typical PLC logic control program
Ø Design single-mode PLC sequential control program
Ø Design single machine multi-mode PLC sequential control program
Ø Design touch screen configuration program
Ø The program design of PLC and touch screen composition monitoring system
Ø Design small PLC network control system program
Ø Design open-loop PLC process control system program
Ø Design single-loop closed-loop PLC process control system program
d) Program debugging
Ø Check Input / output signal
Ø Debug Pneumatic actuator
Ø Using programming tools to debug ladder logic programming language and other control procedures
Ø Set parameter of inverter
Ø Each unit of the system standalone debugging
Ø The system each unit communication on-line debugging
e) Operation management
Ø Check the operation status of equipment regularly and fill in the PLC system maintenance log
Ø If the equipment fails, it can use multimeter to detect, analyze and eliminate the trouble
Ø According to the alarm lamp and fault code diagnose and troubleshoot PLC system
f) Training and guidance
