Description
Yalong YL-315A planar biaxial transport trainer uses aluminum alloy rail training platform, and the modules use open structure planar plug-in connection type, with high integrity and intuitive and simple operation. You can change control mode according to the actual need, convenient for teaching and suitable for students to train and do course design.
This device contains control unit, biaxial training unit, transport (vacuum suction) unit. The pneumatic mechanical unit: takes the guide cylinder and vacuum generators to work with vacuum suction cup as pneumatic and takes the stepper motor / servo motor to directly connect to ball screw through the coupling as mechanical transmission means to compose the action mechanism of the system, and the control logic and control function are controlled by PLC output.
The whole equipment integrates the automatic detection technology, PLC control technology, stepper / servo system motion control technology, electrical control and mechanical drive technology, which is highly targeted and of flexibility.
