Description
Install feeding unit, processing unit, linear transportation unit, sorting unit on aluminum guide rail training bench, forming a mechanical platform of typical automatic production line. Mechanism of the system uses pneumatic drive, frequency converter drive, and servo motor position control technology.
Functional Features
1. Feeding unit
1) Equipped with two well-type feeding mechanisms, it can load two kinds of workpieces and act as the supplier for other units.
2) Mechanism: Feeding mechanism, process and stamping mechanism.
3) Equipped with a standard cylinder, the feeding mechanism drives the pusher to push the workpiece from the bottom of the well-type stocker to the grab position, the robot arm of the linear conveyor grabs the workpiece and brings it to the next processing unit.The photoelectric sensor is used for the detection of the stocker storage capacity, if the number of workpieces is less than the minimum number of workpieces requirement, the alarm indicator alarms and the unit stops working.
4) Stocker storage capacity: 8 pcs for each. Feeding mechanism can total store 16 workpieces. There are two stocker to place metal workpiece, plastic workpiece respectively;
2. Processing unit
Equipped with analog punching machine and sensors, it is used to complete the punching work on the workpiece, when the robot arm of the straight-line conveyor puts the workpiece on the processing position, the sensor responses, the guide rod cylinder drives the die to punch the workpiece and the robot arm brings the workpiece to the next unit.
3. Sorting unit
It sorts the workpieces and pushes them to different finished products storage vessels according to the material difference.
4. Linear conveyor unit
Equipped with straight-line conveyor robot, solenoid valve assembly and servo drive, it brings the workpiece from feeding unit to processing unit, then to the sorting unit.
1) Linear conveyor assembly: Straight-line actuator, conveyor robot, three kinds of cylinders;
2) Linear actuator: Panasonic servo motor, high – precision ball screw, high – precision ball guide, photoelectric sensors, fiber optic sensors.
3) 3 solenoid valve assembly: connected with three cylinders on the robot.
