The system simulates the conveying process of logistics conveying equipment in vehicle manufacturing industry. Complet the link input between working station, handling and conveying of vehicle components, and production takt time management according to vehicle logistics conveying process. It mainly has car tool loading unit, chasis conveyor unit, car tool handling unit, chasis special elevating machine unit, steering conveyor unit, palletizer/depalletizer unit, four freedom degree manipulator handling unit, C-type plate link chain conveying unit, to complete the conveying work.

The device uses profile structure, including AC servo motor and drive unit, step motor/frequency converter speed governing unit, DC gear motor unit, touch screen unit, PLC and A/D D/A unit, sensor and rotary encoder unit, belt conveying mechanism, ball screw machinery, conveying roller bed machinery, synchronous wheel transmission mechanism, turbine worm gear mechanism,gear rack drive mechanism. Use industrial use components, interface of sensors, actuators, and controllers are open, convenient to operate.

Through the trainng, trainees can master PLC control technology, sensor and encoder application technology, common motor control and speed regulating technology, typical mechanical drive application technology and configuration monitor technology.
