Description
The device can complete mechanical automatic machining function, transmission power box provides two drive power, one power controls the four degrees of precision dividing head through the opening and closing of electromagnetic clutch, install 4 eccentric wheel clamping fixtures on working bench of precision dividing head, during the indexing of dividing head, workpiece feeds automatically, fixture of eccentric wheel clamping type clamps workpiece, workpiece machined falls to workpiece tray through cam spinner gear lever enabling eccentric wheel clamping fixture release; one connects to bevel gear through flexible coupling, bevel gear distributor is divided into two transmission, one is to realize the feeding, tool retracting function of automatic drilling machine driven by column cam; column cam shaft is installed with adjustable disc cam, limit switch device, which can control the working state of electromagnetic clutch, and enable the coordination work of index head and automatic drilling machine, automatic marking machine; the other one is to let universal coupling, gear rack connecting rod mechanism control tapered roller clutch of automatic marking machine, automatic marking machine is to realize the steel seal tapping function through three-phase asynchronous motor driving the bent axle.
