Description
YL-301A is composed by six independent but closely connected stations, including material feeding and detection station, transportation station, processing station, installation station, installation and transportation station, and sorting station. It has good flexibility and the communication of each station adopts network communication (PROFIBUS).
The system encompasses a variety of control technologies such as motor drives, pneumatic,programmable controllers, sensors and other control technologies involved in mechanical and electrical integration professional learning. It provides students with a typical comprehensive training environment, in which knowledge learned in a lot of single division of expertise can be fully understood, comprehensively trained and mutually promoted.
