Description
At every station, a PLC is installed to perform the function of control. Interconnection between PLC is made through RS485 serial communications, which forms a distribution-type control system. The system encompasses a variety of control technologies such as motor drives, pneumatic, programmable controllers, sensors and other control technologies involved in mechanical and electrical integration professional learning. It provides students with a typical comprehensive training environment, in which knowledge learned in a lot of single division of expertise can be fully understood, comprehensively trained and mutually promoted.
Functional Features
The system uses aluminum alloy guide rail training bench, uses standard unit structure and drawer-type mesh plate installation, with strong interchangeabilty; modules are connected with wires, which are aligned in trunking. The whole structure is simple and useful.
Production line of the system is of modular combination, training on technologies such as sensor technology, pneumatic technology, stepping motor and drive and PLC hardware & software technology, PLC network communication technology can be conducted on the six stations. The training device has training and demonstration functions, all interfaces are open to connect according to its own training requirements.
