Description

YL-301D is a modular combination system, composed by material feeding station, transportation station, processing station, installation station, installation and transportation station, conveyor belt station, transportation and sorting station, sorting station, and master station, forming a typical mechanical platform of automatic production line. Mechanism of the system uses technologies such as pneumatic drive, step motor position control, etc. At every station, a PLC is installed to perform the function of control. Interconnection between PLC is made through RS485 serial communications, which forms a distribution-type control system.

The system encompasses a variety of control technologies such as motor drives, position control, pneumatic, programmable controllers,network communication, sensors and other control technologies involved in mechanical and electrical integration professional learning. It provides students with a typical comprehensive training environment, in which knowledge learned in a lot of single division of expertise can be fully understood, comprehensively trained and mutually promoted.
