The YL-315A Planar Biaxial Motion Control Training Equipment is suitable for related training courses of CNC, mechatronics and electrical automation. It is a set of training equipment installed on an aluminum alloy rail-type training platform. It consists of four parts: power supply, automatic detection unit, pneumatic mechanical unit and electrical control unit. The power supply unit is composed of an air switch and a switching power supply. The pneumatic machinery is composed of a guide rod cylinder, a vacuum generator, a vacuum suction cup, a slider guide rod, and a ball screw. The electrical control unit is composed of Siemens S7-200 PLC, stepper drive/motor , Servo drive/motor, control unit, etc.

(1) Power supply unit: The power supply unit is a single-phase 220V 50HZ AC power supply and a 24V switching power supply to provide the required power supply for the equipment. The air switch of DC Delixi 2P is a protection device, which protects the personal and equipment safety when the equipment has a leakage short circuit;

(2) Control unit: Siemens S7-200 CPU226CN is used as the control unit, and two sets of high-speed pulse outputs of its own are used to control the movement position of the dual-axis;

(3) Automatic detection unit: the magnetic switch and Shenshi photoelectric switch are used as the detection unit to detect the movement position of the equipment in real time and provide input signals for PLC control;

(4) Pneumatic mechanical unit: the guide rod cylinder, the vacuum generator and the vacuum suction cup are used as the pneumatic and the stepper motor/servo motor is directly connected to the ball screw through the coupling as the mechanism of the mechanical transmission system. Logic and control functions are controlled by PLC output.

(5) The whole equipment integrates automatic detection technology, PLC control technology, step/servo system motion control technology, electrical control technology and mechanical transmission technology, etc., with strong pertinence and flexibility.
