YL-338A installed on aluminum guide training platform , consists of a servo unit, a transfer unit, a sorting unit , as well as a distribution box unit, which constitutes a typical multifunctional automatic control training platform. Each unit of the system adopts the techniques of pneumatic system, stepper system, frequency converter, PLC, network, and servo motor position control. The control mode of the system is a distributed control mode that each unit is controlled by a PLC, and each PLC is interconnected through RS485 serial communication or field bus.
