Equipment Operation Safety Precautions

1. The training workbench should be placed stably, and should be kept clean at ordinary times. It is best to add anti-rust oil to the mechanical adjustment object when it is not used for a long time.

2. After the servo drive is powered off, it must wait for the display of the servo drive to end flickering. After the power is completely cut off, it can be powered on again. Otherwise, the servo drive will display an alarm, which will cause the device to fail to work normally.

3. In the case of power-on, it is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug any terminals and cables on the device with power on, so as to avoid damage to the device. Any action of inserting or removing terminals and cables must be carried out under the condition of power off.

4. If a fault occurs during the operation of the equipment, the ongoing unsafe actions should be effectively stopped. After checking the equipment and eliminating the fault, it can continue to be powered on and run. For the faults that cannot be checked out in time, the relevant engineering and technical personnel must be invited to check and maintain them.Avoid damage to the equipment.

5. When it is necessary to clean up waste during processing, stop the processing first, and then use a brush to clean it up. It is strictly forbidden to manually clean up the waste during processing.

6. After the processing is stopped, the mold can be disassembled and the workpiece can be removed.

7. During the working process, it is strictly forbidden to touch or approach the moving parts of the equipment.

9. When a fault occurs, the “emergency stop” button on the control cabinet panel should be pressed in time to stop the equipment from working.

10. Students with long hair must wear protective caps during training. They are not allowed to expose their long hair to the cap. Except for special regulations, they are not allowed to wear skirts,High heels, slippers, windbreaker, long coat, etc.

11. When the device is running and debugging, it is not allowed to wear gloves, long scarves, etc., and other wearing accessories must not be exposed.

12. After the training is completed, turn off the power switches in time, and arrange the training devices and place them in the specified positions.
