It can be manually programmed or read into CAM NC program for simulation processing.

The buttons of the unit consist  of 101 white keys of 15* 15mm, 33 grey keys of 15mm * 15mm, 6 green buttons of 15mm * 15mm, 5 red uttons of 15mm * 15mm,5 pale green buttons of 15mm *15mm and 2 yellow buttons of 15mm * 15mm. The key position layout of this unit conforms to the standard layout of Siemens operation panel and adopts industrial-level keys. It has the same operating hand feeling as the real machine tool panel, equipped with user to operate the machine tool in an immersive manner, laying the foundation for the future operation of real high-end CNC machine tools. It reduces the loss of machine tool caused by misoperation. At the same time, it can also verify the correctness of the NC program, reduce the risk of the first part debugging, and increase the credibility of the program. It can simulate the actual movement of NC machine tool, check the potential collision error, and reduce the risk of machine tool collision.
