YL-552A CNC Cross Sliding Table Training Equipment is designed to solve the training problems of mechanical dismantling project of CNC machine tool. The cross slide refines the core skills of real machine tool in the process of dismantling. So the students mainly disassemble the transmission parts, such as ball screw, linear guide rail, coupling, servo motor, and so on. The device integrates these parts into a cross slide.
The structure is modular, and equipped with pulleys, so it can move freely and can complete disassembling trainings of screw, linear guide rail, and screw bracket and the precision mechanical testing trainings of parallelism, straightness and two-axis perpendicularity of guide rail in mechanical transmission parts of CNC machine tools. Coordinated with experiment tables, it can complete electromechanical setting and the training of mechanical assembly core skills of CNC machine tool.
