YALONG YL-559 828D NC lathe training equipment consists of control rack, NC system, PLC unit, servo feeding unit, machine control circuit, servo transformer, electrical installation mesh plate. Each feeding axis is controlled by servo motor, the spindle is controlled by frequency converter ,with 4-position electric tool holder, according to job skills requirements ,CNC machine installation and commissioning, parameter setting, servo performance optimization, data backup, PLC programming, fault diagnosis and maintenance, CNC programming operation can be carried by students. The vertical structure is accord with the real NC electrical installation environment, more suitable for the actual job requirements for skills training.
YALONG YL-559 828D NC lathe training equipment intelligent fault maintenance system through fault generation, fault analysis, fault diagnosis, line inspection and fault point determination to train NC machine tool maintenance ability of students.
The power supply is equipped with leakage switch and default phase protection circuit, which automatically operates in case of leakage, short circuit, default phase and equipment protection circuit. The rotating part of the motor is equipped with plexiglass safety protection.
