YL-569 Numerical Control Lathe Training Equipment consists of electrical control unit, electrical installation training unit, production-oriented slant bed CNC lathe, cross slider unit and inspection tool.

Electric control unit mainly consists of bench of control unit, NC system, feed drive, spindle unit, PMC unit, control circuit of tool post, lubrication control circuit, cooling control circuit, interface unit, protection circuit, power circuit, and etc. It can be connected with production-oriented numerical control lathe to be used in real processing and commissioning, also can be connected with electrical installation training unit to complete electrical installation and commissioning training of NC machine tool. Vertical structure accords with the real NC electrical installation environment, and fits more to the actual job requirements.

Electrical installation training unit consists of bench of control unit, PMC unit, tool post control circuit, lubrication control circuit, cooling control circuit, interface unit, protection circuit, and power circuit. Electrical installation plate uses mesh plate structure can be repeatedly used, through the cable interface; it can be connected with electrical control unit. Compared with parts of electrical control unit, it is only lack of CNC system, feed drive, and spindle unit. The module is trained repeatedly for electrical installations.

Production-oriented slant bed numerical control lathe adopts slant bed structure. The bed of lathe is casted with larger bearing section, therefore, it is with good rigidity and shock absorption, to ensure high accuracy machining. Main drive system of machine tool uses ac variable frequency motor, cooperated with high-efficient V belt in parallel to directly drive spindle. It avoids the noise problems caused by the gearbox transmission chain. Precision high-speed spindle bearings are installed at the front and back end of the spindle. Appropriate pretightening force is applied. Cooperated with the best span support and box type spindle box, it makes the spindle with high rigidity and high-speed running capability. It is equipped with 6-position electrical tool post with high reliability and repeated positioning accuracy. Vertical and horizontal drive select ball screw and linear rolling guide with high transmission efficiency and good accuracy retaining ability. It makes tool post of machine tool move fast and stably with high positioning accuracy.

The cross slider unit is a typical dual-axis precise cross slider, and it is in a structure as same as the mechanism in a real machine, it mainly is designed for the training on CNC lathe mechanical assembly and disassembly; in the traditional CNC lathe mechanical assembly and disassembly training, normally a real lathe will be used for mechanical assembly and disassembly training, quite expensive and troublesome; while the cross slider unit can simulate the real lathe in mechanical assembly and disassembly training, and can let students improve their operating skills in the mechanical assembly and disassembly, mainly the transmission parts, such as ball screw lead, linear rail, shaft coupler, servo motor and so on; the equipment integrates all these parts onto the cross slider, which saves costs greatly and students also can learn the skills in the same time, to guarantee the accuracy and rigidity, the cross slider unit is in a high-rigidity cast-iron construction, to guarantee the long-time accuracy; the rail is a linear rail, fixed in the same way as a real lathe in a same pressure block structure; the bearing is an angular contact bearing; it is in a modular structure, with slide wheels for free movement; it can be used for the training on the mechanical transmission part, ball screw lead, linear rail, ball screw lead rack assembly and disassembly, as well as the related high-accuracy detection technologies training, assembly and connection skills training with CNC lathe.

Maintenance training system of configuration generates faults through hardware circuit. Through the process training of fault analysis, fault diagnosis, line inspection and fault point determination, it can train NC machine tool maintenance ability of students.

Power part is equipped with leakage switch and open-phase protection circuit. Protection circuit of the equipment will automatically act in the event of leakage, short circuit and lack of phase.
