The PLC module, positioning module, servo driver module and control unit of the equipment are all installed in the control cabinet.The control circuit of each sensor on the equipment is connected to the aviation insertion pin, and the aviation insertion is connected to the control unit safely and reliably, which facilitates the docking control and separation improvement between the equipment and the control unit. It not only ensures the training, formation and consolidation of students’ basic skills, but also ensures the fast, safe and reliable connection of the circuit.
The biaxial mechanism consists of two AC servo motors, which control two high-precision ball screw and ball type double-slider plane linear guide rail through the coupling respectively, forming X and Y axis positioning devices.The X and Y axes are perpendicular to each other in the horizontal direction, so that the whole mechanism not only has the function of high-precision positioning, but also has the function of plane complex trajectory operation, so as to complete various high-precision and difficult plane processing drives.
