YL-569 CNC Machine Training Kit consists of electrical control unit, electrical installation training unit, CNC machine mechanical unit,tool post unit and inspection tool.

Electric control unit mainly consists of NC system, feed drive, spindle unit, PMC unit, cooling control circuit, interface unit, protection circuit, power circuit, and etc. The unit contains complete CNC machine electrical control part, embedded with CNC machine intelligent assessment system, can be directly connected with the CNC machine tools for real electrical debugging and maintenance training; vertical structure in line with the real CNC electrical installation Environment, the device layout and the actual machine tool, in line with GB / T5226.1-2002 standards, is more fit the actual job requirements for skills training.

The equipped intelligent maintenance system generates faults,through fault analysis, fault diagnosis, line inspection and fault point determination, which improve the NC machine maintenance ability of the students.

Electrical installation training unit consists of PMC interface unit, cooling control circuit, interface unit, protection circuit, and power circuit. Electrical installation plate uses mesh plate structure can be repeatedly used, through the cable interface; it can be connected with electrical control unit.

Power part is equipped with leakage switch and open-phase protection circuit. Protection circuit of the equipment will automatically act in the event of leakage, short circuit and lack of phase.

Machine is a X, Y, Z three-axis servo control vertical machine, the structure and dimensions compact and reasonable, the spindle is the servo motor drive. The main basic part of the plate, the slide, the working bench, the column and the headstock adopts the high rigidity cast iron structure.

X, Y, Z is linear guide , equipped with automatic lubrication , to reach the machine high speed movement ; X, Y, Z feed with high precision , high strength ball screw and high feeding speed; the driven motor  connect with screw lead directly through the flexible coupling, feed servo motor directly transmit the power to the high precision ball screw, no backlash, to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine; axial and radial load capacity, speed up to 10000rpm;

X, Y, Z guide rails and screw are used to adopt airtight protection to ensure that the clean of screw and rail, the machine transmission and movement accuracy; the use of advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, through regular, quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication, is stable and reliable.

Geneva type magazine has a simple structure and more applications. The advantage of the tool changer is simple structure, low cost, better reliability.

Machine inspection tool mainly to complete the prescribed testing project training in international standard.
