Yalong YL-569  0i mate TD CNC Lathe Training System consists of electrical control units, electrical installation training unit, production-oriented slant bed CNC lathe, and inspection tool.

Production-oriented slant bed numerical control lathe adopts slant bed structure. The bed of lathe is casted with larger bearing section, therefore, it is with good rigidity and shock absorption, to ensure high accuracy machining. Main drive system of machine tool uses ac variable frequency motor, cooperated with high-efficient V belt in parallel to directly drive spindle. It avoids the noise problems caused by the gearbox transmission chain. Precision high-speed spindle bearings are installed at the front and back end of the spindle. Appropriate pretightening force is applied. Cooperated with the best span support and box type spindle box, it makes the spindle with high rigidity and high-speed running capability. It is equipped with 6-position electrical tool post with high reliability and repeated positioning accuracy. Vertical and horizontal drive select ball screw and linear rolling guide with high transmission efficiency and good accuracy retaining ability. It makes tool post of machine tool move fast and stably with high positioning accuracy.

Maintenance training system of configuration generates faults through hardware circuit. Through the process training of fault analysis, fault diagnosis, line inspection and fault point determination, it can train NC machine tool maintenance ability of students.
