Features of the equipment
1. Security of training power utilization: This Electro-hydraulics training set adopts high and low voltage separate mode 380V pump station to take independent control structure, and is equipped with motor soft start system (comes with overload, overheating, short circuit, leakage protection), training module power is DC24V low voltage power, to ensure the safety of students while using electricity;
2. As per the need, it is equipped with electromagnetism proportional valve and proportional amplifier which are widely used in industry. It is able to demonstrate the whole control process and action condition of the valve, and also the performance test of this product.
3. Put proportional valve in the circuir to carry out the control debugging, which enable students to master the using operating skills of this industrial advanced products.
4. Electrical appliance: all the electrical components and elements are of stable performance and high safety factor;
5. Hydraulic element: conform to the industry application standard, and all the valves is equipped with specific cassette installation connecting board;
6.Hydraulic solenoid valve connector: adopt integrated structure, easy to wire, and solve the problem of terminal head falling off and line breaking;
7. Lap joint of training loop: connecting with quick coupling, every coupling is equipped with self-locking check valve. (Even if there is the coupling falling off during training, pressure oil will not spray out, which ensure the safety of practical training)
8. Diversity of training control mode: training circuits applies the mechanical control, the traditional relay control, and the PLC automatic control which enable the trainees understand the control diversity of the system comprehensively, and train the flexible application ability of trainees.
9. Expansibility of trainer: training configuration plan can be configured as per the specific requirement; it also can add the corresponding module box to achieve the expansion of the training platform. All module boxes adopt universal design standard, easy to expand.
10. Communication between PLC and PC: to realize the automatic control, online programming and fault detection, and carry out the second-development of the hydraulic system through PC and PLC;
11. Precise measuring instrument: equipped with advanced data measuring instrument which is of simple use and precise measurement, to replace the traditional measuring tool.
12. Good oil supply system: oil pump adopts flange mounting mode, which greatly reduce the working noise; and add regulating system of oil supply system, which ensure the stability of oil supply during the training.
13. Safety: the design of training bench conforms to the national security standard, all the electrical control is of grounding, overload, short circuit and protection. High and low pressure power supply separately, the pump adopts low pressure system; it meets the pressure supply on the base of security pressure supply, the whole equipment is of high safe application performance.
Component part
YL-386B Electro-hydraulics training set consists of experiment working bench, hydraulic pump station, common hydraulic elements, electrical control unit, test use sensor.
Experiment working bench
1. Metal plate table: equipped with U type lacquer tray, surface is under special rust protection and stoving varnish treatment;
2. Main body frame: industrial aluminum profile, and with reasonable structure;
3. Aluminum profile panel: separation distance of T groove width 50mm, groove width 10.1mm, under cathode oxidation treatment;
4. Tool cabinet: equipped with 4 layer heavy load element tool cabinet, which is for the stirage of hydraulic element and document material;
5. Table surface of training bench is equipped with oil leakage strainer screen, the surface is with oil recovery function;
Common hydraulic element
1) Hydraulic transition base plate: under high strength aluminum processing, surface is under anodic oxidation treatment, black color;
2) Connector: ABS translucent materials made;
3) Every hydraulic element is equipped with light aluminum alloy as the oil-way transition plate, beautiful and every valve module is able to be fixed into the aluminum alloy profile panel with the catch
4) Quick coupling: with self-locking function, to ensure the clean and security of training room and training bench;
5) Identification: laser engraving hydraulic every oil port, and every module is with graphic symbol, name, schematic diagram, etc.
