The Control Panel of the Bench

1. Indicator: the yellow light, green light and red light on the left stand for the phase U, phase V and phase W, after the equipment is connected to the external power, these three lights are lit up. The green light and red light on the right stand for the normal operating equipment and wrong input phase sequence. Under normal condition, the green light is lit up while the air switch is closed.

2. Air switch: the control switch of the general power supply of the equipment.

3. The numeral display meter unit: integrating the power, temperature, pressure, displacement and flux. The transiting output voltage is 0-5 V.

4. Signal collection and feedback unit: the sensors with the aviation plugs including the temperature sensor, pressure sensor and displacement sensor etc can be connected with the signal collection and feedback unit conveniently, as well as the feedback signal.

The cross switch for the automatic operation and manual operation of the carrier: the section of the hydraulic driving force is controlled by PLC under automatic operation, and the the section of the hydraulic driving force is controlled by the control unit of the hydraulic pump station under the manual operation.
