YL-567 CNC machine simulation training equipment is a self-development system platform integrated of computer 3D simulation technology, CNC machine programming, processing and maintenance skills simulated training, the CNC system, quite similar to the reality, to guarantee the training quality. The machine operation panel is a real machine operation panel, and the operation process is just as same as the real machine. The machine’s self-developed 3D CNC machine operation model, with its dynamic physical characteristics, can achieve spindle running, cut tool change, feed axle running, cutting simulation, according to the CNC programs made by the students, attached with the 3D measurement functions and another simulation system, in order to carry out CNC machine electrical assembly, maintenance, detection and other simulation items, in a same time, it has the simulated multimeter, to measure the voltages as per the real conditions; for the on-line simulation functions, it has the functions for the cable connection between the amplifier and servo motor, as well as for the cable connection on power supply and encoders.

The software is an interactive simulated laboratory. Automation Studio™ is an innovative system design, simulation and document-editing software, used to support an automatic system design, training and document edit, with the functions for editing, simulation, printing, files management and display, as well as technical and commercial data access. It integrates the pneumatics, hydraulics, electrics, digital electronics, PLC, electrical control, sequence flowchart, teaching courses design, control panel HMI, machinery, communication, animation simulation, simulation system and so on.

The YL-567CNC machine simulation training equipment also has the functions for multi-machine on-line control, system screen’s remote monitor and teaching, network application technology and so on.
