Functional description

YL-558 0i TF CNC lathe trainer is composed of CNC control console, CNC system, PMC unit, servo feeding unit, machine tool control circuit, servo transformer, PMC practice modules. Every feeding shaft is controlled by servo motor, spindle is controlled by frequency converter, knife rest adopts 4-station electric-driven knife rest. Students are able to conduct the skills training of installation and debugging,parameter setting, servo performance optimization, data backup, PMC programming, fault diagnosis and maintenance, CNC programming of CNC lathe machine. The configured PMC training modules include the common CNC machine tool PMC control programming project such as CNC machine tool PMC basic practice module, knife rest, spindle gear shift. For the design of training projects, first it is to conduct training of CNC PMC basic instruction and basic functions, then complete lathe operation panel simulation, knife rest control, lathe spindle gear shift of PMC design, which conform to the cognitive process from simple to complex, and cultivates their independent study ability.

Intelligent troubleshooting system attached helps trainees obtain abilities of CNC machine tool maintenance and troubleshooting through fault generation, fault analysis, fault diagnosis, circuit check and fault point confirmation. Trainees can conduct user log in, auto assessment, and score statistics via computer software. Theoretical knowledge on CNC technology can be assessed by means of networking, which helps teachers trouble setting, assessment and statistical analysis. It incorporates implementation, check-up, and evaluation, which is recognized as comprehensive CNC technology training equipment.

As for the power supply, leakage switch and open phase protection circuits are designed for electricity leakage,short circuit and open phase protection. There is the organic glass for safety protection of motor rotation part.

The system adopts iron sheet metal surface spraying structure, outline adopts “Z” form which conforms to human engineering. The bottom of training equipment uses shifting roller which is easy to move. Front of the machine, there is the NC system, PMC unit, servo unit, motor unit, PMC practice module, among which NC system, PMC unit, PMC practice panel are installed on the bench surface, NC system is inset on the organic glass rack, PMC practice board adopts simulated printing with silk-screen printing, including motion input/output signal of knife rest tool change which is easy to understand the tool change process, providing the bases for maintenance; servo unit, motor unit are installed under the bench, and with safety organic glass for isolation protection; Back of the machine includes servo transformer, lathe control circuit. There is the safety protection for strong electricity part. Components of machine tool control circuit are installed by mesh plate, which can be installed and designed according to the training needs.
