Description
The system enables trainees to acknowledge the structure and performance of FANUC CNC system, familiar with the operating panel of FANUC system, master operation and programming, and troubleshooting of FANUC system.
Functional description
Front of the machine, there is the LCD/MDI, machine tool operating panel, PMC used input and output signal simulating panel, I/O unit, servo drive unit, each unit component and switch is marked with obvious symbol or name, easy to observe system structure, system maintain and operate, among which NC system, PMC unit, PMC practice panel are installed on the bench surface, NC system is inset on the organic glass rack, PMC practice board adopts simulated printing with silk-screen printing, including tool magazine tool changing, motion input/output signal of spindle gear shift which is easy to understand the tool change process, providing the bases for maintenance; electric locomotive is installed under the bench, which is for installing the four drive motor and spindle motor, meanwhile motor shaft installed can be obviously to observe the motor rotating movement. Motor front is installed with safety organic glass for user safe;
Back of the machine includes servo transformer, lathe control circuit. There is the safety protection for strong electricity part. Components of machine tool control circuit are installed by mesh plate, layout of components and parts is same to the real lathe factory. Strong current plate is installed with circuit breaker, AC contactor, relay, switching power, wiring terminal block, wiring trunking; components are arranged as per standard, all wirings are put inside wiring trunking. Wire size is clear and complete. Components are marked with symbol. Normally, it is put vertically; mesh plate is able to support after 85°rotation when there is the need to install electrical appliance, which is easy to do wiring. Servo transformer, control transformer are all equipped with protected enclosure; power input socket, grounding terminal are installed under the bench. Every unit components are marked with obvious symbol and name, with wire size marked clearly. All drive amplifier and motor are marked clearly, which is easy for users to distinguish the corresponding template and motor. In addition, it is equipped with 1 set of amplifier maintenance overhaul used extend port, which is able to replace and check here with the amplifier with fault on the machine tool, saving the trouble to dismounting the amplifier. The right side of machine tool is equipped with a pop-up socket for computer use.
