YL-557A drilling center trainer is composed of CNC drilling center machine tool, tool magazine, CNC system, servo feed unit, machine tool control circuit, servo transformer. Guide rail adopts ball linear guide rail, lead screw adopts double nut ball screw pair, drive adopts coupling direct connection method. The overall structure adopts resin-bonded sand casting, and is under various artificial aging treatment. Machine tool adopts AC servo motor drive, stepless speed variation range is wide, output torque is large. Tool magazine is arm lock type tool magazine, directly installed on spindle box. There is no need to compress air source. Tool changing action is less and tool changing speed is fast, which improves the production efficiency. Students are able to conduct the skills training of installation and debugging, parameter setting, servo performance optimization, data backup, PMC programming, fault diagnosis and maintenance, CNC programming of CNC machine tool.
As for the power supply, leakage switch and open phase protection circuits are designed for electricity leakage, short circuit and open phase protection.
Machine tool lubrication system adopts pressure type automatic centralized lubricating system, adopts adjustable timing and quantitative oil supply, oil way distributor regulate the oil supply pressure as per pressure requirement of different lubricating components, ensure any lubricating components (such as guide rail, gib, lead screw, nut and the other friction system) can get sufficient lubrication. It is set with lubricating system alarm function. Recycle the consumed lubricating oil, preventing the mixture with cooling liquid.
Metal plate of protection device adopts full protected type, preventing spatter of cooling liquid. Three-axis guide rail, lead screw and nut, bearing uses stainless extensible cover for protection, which is not only beautiful, but also prevent the immersion of cooling liquid and smear metal. Machine tool is set with limit anti-collision measure, which is to say bearing pedestal of limit stroke of positive and negative direction of three-axis is set with rubber cushion anti-collision device, providing the last protection to damage of double nut ball screw under abnormal condition.
