Description
Basic casting of machine tool (includes workbench, carriage upright column, spindle box) adopts resin-boned sand casting, the whole structure is designed as per the popular structure and is under two artificial aging treatment. It adopts Y-shaped lathe bed, T type pedestal, bearing load is large and stable,strength is high, precision is stable and reliable.
Machine tool X,Y,Z three axis driving double nut ball screw rod pair, locking nut with special axle,enable gapless drive of ball screw and nut either positive direction or negative direction. Both ends of ball screw adopts 60º contact angle matching pair ball screw special bearing, and servo motor is connected with ball screw through high strength flexible coupling, make motion control reduce to the minimum backlash and perfect micromobile directivity.
Wagen guide, workbench guide rail, elevating spindle box guide rail are all under wear-resisting laminating treatment, greatly reduce the friction between the guide rail pair, it is with good vibration absorption and long service life, eliminating the creeping phenomenon may occur at low speed and oscillation phenomenon may occur at high speed, improving the motion precision and response speed of the machine tool.
Machine tool spindle adopts AC servo motor drive, stepless speed variation range is wide, output torque is big. Use famous spindle special bearing, high rigidity, high precision, heavy load telescope-deed spindle,the complete set spindle is installed under constant temperature condition, packing the high-ranking lubricating grease inside, it can reach the best waterproof and dust prevention effect with the unique labyrinth type waterproof design and heat dissipation chip-type spindle box design, and under computer correcting and drilling balancing, and running-in test.
Water base or oil base cooling uses cooling pump, sealing element is not easy to wear, and with long using life; air cooling is to cool cutting tools directly through solenoid valve, which is suitable for machining of caster; tool release of spindle adopts action of pressure boost unclamping cylinder, clean air of taper hole of spindle; handheld type air gun is to clean component surface or jig surface smear metal with strong airflow; metal plate uses closed whole sealing protection, safe and beautiful.
Protective cover: three-axis guide rail, lead screw and nut, bearing uses stainless extensible cover or guide rail protective cover, which is not only beautiful, but also prevent the immersion of cooling liquid and smear metal.
Limit anti-collision measures: bearing pedestal of limit stroke of positive and negative direction of three-axis is set with rubber cushion anti-collision device, providing the last protection to damage of double nut ball screw under abnormal condition.
Oil-water separator: use air oil-water separator, able to manually regulate machine tool intake pressure,separate automatically, discharging the sump oil and water of compressed air, and make the flowing compressed air through atomized lubricator has vaporous lubricating oil grain, extend using life of unclamping cylinder, solenoid valve body.
Equipped with the most advanced turntable style tool magazine, there are 24 different tools, easy to change and conduct machining different components.
