Description
The YL-550 Servo motor load Trainer consists of single-axis nc sliding table, grating scale unit, load simulation unit, flywheel inertia unit, and transmission wheels. It can be used for parameter optimization of servo motor, amplitude-frequency characteristic analysis of servo system and the influence of servo parameter adjustment on workpiece machining in CNC maintenance teaching.
The module is made of steel plate, and equipped with mobile wheels at the bottom that is convenient to move. The transmission wheels consist of transmission, load, and inertia of servo motor to complete the training projects of load and inertia. It is equipped with ball screw and grating scale at the rear to complete training project of accuracy test.
