Description
The machine tool module in YL-555 Machining center machine tool Trainer is a vertical machining center servo controlled by X, Y, and Z axis. The structure and the dimension are compact and reasonable. The spindle is driven by servo motor. Tool magazine is turntable style (or manipulator type). The main basic parts, such as base, slider, work table, column, and spindle box are high-rigidity cast-iron structure. The stiffener distributed in the internal base and the slider with box-type structure ensures the high rigidity, bending resistance and shock absorption of the basic parts. The basic parts uses resin sand, after aging treatment to ensure the precision for long-term use, which provides the guarantee for the stable performance of the machine tool.
