YL-555 Machining Center Machine Tool Training Equipment is a set of X, Y, Z three axles servo control vertical machining center, structure and outline dimension is compact and reasonable, spindle is driven by servo motor. Turntable style tool magazine(or select manipulator type), main basic parts such as pedestal, slide, workbench, column, spindle box, use cast iron structure of high rigidity, there is the stiffener distributed in inside of the pedestal, slide is case type structure, which ensure the high rigidity and bending resistance & damping performance of basic parts; basic parts are with resin-bonded sand and under aging treatment, which ensure the precision stability after long use and also the stability of lathe performance.

X, Y, Z direction guide rails are all class H linear guide rail, realizing the high-speed motion with automatic pressure lubrication; feeding of X, Y, Z direction uses the ball screw of high precision and high strength, with high feed rate; drive motor is connected to lead screw directly through flexible coupling, feed servo motor directly pass power to high precision ball screw without gap, ensure the positioning precision of machine tool; spindle unit is of high precision, high rigidity, with strong bearing capacity of axial direction and radial direction, rotating speed is up to 10000rpm; spindle is center air blowing structure, clean the spindle inner cone through center high pressure air after spindle loosening, ensure the precision of tool clamping;

Guide rail and lead screw in X, Y, Z three directions are all of airtight protection, ensure the cleanness of lead screw and guide rail, ensure the transmission and motion precision of machine tools; Using high quality 10 pairs of turntable style tool magazine with accurate tool change, the shortest path in tool change, short time tool change, high efficiency, it conforms to the requirements of the reliability after one million times running test; tool magazine is with damping structure, which can reduce the impact of the movement, ensure the service life of tool magazine; use the advanced centralized automatic lubricating device, work stable and reliable after timing and quantitative automatic intermittent, lubrication;
