Description
To meet the demand for complex parts processing in intelligent manufacturing, address the talent shortage following the breakthrough in domestic 5-axis technology, and solve the disconnect between traditional machine tool training and industrial requirements, it is necessary to develop 5-axis training equipment. This helps cultivate skilled talents matching industrial needs, supports the self-reliance and controllability of the industrial chain, and effectively reduces the space occupation cost of 5-axis machine tools.
This training equipment is developed based on the Beijing Jingdiao JD50 CNC system, adopting a structural design of “separated electric cabinet + 5-axis machining center”. It not only meets the core functional requirements of industrial-grade machining centers, but also fits the demands of “modular operation and hierarchical training” in practical teaching.
Equipped with a cradle-type double rotary axis, the equipment forms a 5-axis linkage structure consisting of X/Y/Z linear axes plus A/C rotary axes. As an executive and auxiliary component, it meets the basic 5-axis machine tool training requirements, and can simulate industrial-grade processing scenarios such as multi-surface machining of complex curved parts with one-time clamping and spatial angle cutting.
